Delete your Planet Racer account

In the game (fastest)

1. Open Menu → Account & cloud save.
2. Tap DELETE ACCOUNT and confirm. You need an internet connection.

After the game confirms deletion, Planet Racer closes. Open it again to start fresh. The purchase-claim records described below are retained.

No longer have the game?

Email njkaminsky@illimite.us with the subject "Planet Racer account deletion" and your player ID if you have it (shown in Menu → Account & cloud save). If you signed in with a Unity account, send it from that email address. We'll respond and aim to complete your request within 30 days. We may need more information to identify the game profile and verify your request before deleting it.

What is deleted

• Your Planet Racer online player identity and its link to optional Unity sign-in. A separate Unity Player Account is managed by Unity and is not deleted by this process.
• Your cloud backup, gem and PvP credit balances, PvP results and ranks, the PvP ad counter, and your purchases record in the game.
• When deleted in the game, all progress and settings on that phone.

What may be kept

• A record that a store purchase was already used (the store's order ID and your former player ID), so it can't be claimed again on another account. This record currently has no automatic expiration.
• Google, Apple, Unity, and other providers may retain their own account, transaction, or service records under their privacy policies.

Deleting the account can't be undone, and purchased gems and passes are lost; deleting doesn't refund them.
